Joan is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, who is passionate about health and

wellness. She has a holistic approach to massage therapy; which lends her to treating the whole person and not just the symptoms. She takes into consideration her client’s physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being so she can customize each treatment to address their individual need. Joan  incorporates  specific techniques to  facilitate the body’s natural healing process.

Joan graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in 2010, and has experience in therapeutic and soft tissue massage.

She has treated a diverse range of clients of all age groups, including those with sports-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, repetitive strains, prenatal and postnatal, also chronic and acute injuries. 

Her specialties include; deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy,repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain management and Swedish massage.

Joan has completed additional courses in Cupping therapy, anti-aging facial techniques, Hot-Stone therapy and has a diploma in Aesthetics and Social work.

She takes great pride in being an efficient and effective therapist, by providing the best possible care, and aims at always inspiring her clients to be the best version of themselves.
