OUR SERVICES

Serving South Etobicoke for 40 Years
OHIP Eligibility Criteria:
- Physiotherapy Referral from a Physician or Registered Nurse Practitioner
- 65 years of age or older
- Or under 19
- Or are currently receiving/eligible for Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or Ontario Works (OW)
- Or ANY age recently discharged from an inpatient hospital stay, (minimum 1 night stay). Must have a referral from the surgeon or specialist for the area to be treated.
*AS OF 2020, ONLY VALID GREEN ONTARIO HEALTH CARDS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES FUNDED BY OHIP.

OUR TEAM
Our Physiotherapists, Jean and Alison, offer goal-oriented orthopedic physiotherapy that is completely funded by OHIP. The physiotherapy treatment is provided for acute injury, surgery or chronic conditions that have led to a decline in function.
