◦ Our treatment plans are tailored to your unique needs, covering joint and muscle pain, fractures, postural problems, and sports injuries.

◦ With years of experience and exceptional customer service, we are the go-to center in the area. 

◦  With a valid health card you can receive government-funded physiotherapy if you are:

◦ 65 years or older.
◦ 19 years or under.
◦ Any age after an overnight hospital stay for a condition requiring physiotherapy.

◦ Receive Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program.

Registered Massage Therapy

◦ Our certified therapists have special interests in techniques like myofascial release and trigger point therapy to provide personalized care for every one of our patients.

Vertigo

Vertigo Rehabilitation is an exercise-based program by a physiotherapist to help the brain adapt to vestibular (inner ear) disorders causing dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems.

Treatment begins with an individualized assessment, followed by exercises such as repositioning maneuvers for BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), habituation to reduce motion sensitivity, and balance training to improve stability and function.

The physiotherapist who treats these conditions has completed courses to provide expert assessment and treatment. They will:

  1. Assess balance, eye movements, gait, and strength.

  2. Identify if symptoms stem from inner ear or other disorders.

  3. Create a personalized treatment plan.

Post-Op Rehabilitation

Including but not limited to: joint replacements, ligament repairs, surgical repair of fractures (broken bones). We work with you and your surgeons’ protocol to help you regain optimum function. 

TMJ pain (Jaw Pain & Clicking)

Acupuncture

Acupuncture stimulates the production of endorphins, which is the body’s natural pain reliever. This can help treat acute & chronic pain. We use this in conjunction with advice and exercise. 

Lymphedema

◦ Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle massage technique (given by a certified lymphedema therapist) which stimulates the lymphatic system to help the movement of the fluid that has collected (eg. in the arm/leg).

◦ Causes of lymphedema include but are not limited to: post-operative cancer treatment, joint replacements, orthopedic & cosmetic surgery, genetics. 

◦ Lymphedema management may include: compression bandages, compression garments, exercise, learning self massage or learning self care

◦ Treatment of lymphedema does not cure the condition, but it can make the situation considerably better and improve the quality of life of the individual.
